If you are the original purchaser who bought new products from Ergo-Industrial, you may return the products in as-new condition to Ergo-Industrial within 30 days after the date of packing slip or invoice for a refund or credit of the product purchase price. Damaged returns will be subject to an additional charge.

The refund or credit does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your packaging slip or invoice; you are responsible for those.

THE REFUND OR CREDIT IS SUBJECT TO A TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) RESTOCKING FEE (PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES).

Return Procedure

A return authorization (RA) is required for all returned merchandise. Only packages that have an RA number clearly indicated on the outside of the box will be accepted by Ergo-Industrial.
